President/Owner
Oyebanji Agunbiade, the President of Bantech Cyber, is a highly skilled cyber security professional with 12 years of IT experience, including 11 years specializing in cyber security. He holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Cyber Security and has earned some of the highest certifications in the industry, such as CISSP, CEH, C-GRC, and CDSOE, among others.
Over the years, Oyebanji has supported various United States government cyber security projects, helping to secure federal information systems. He has in-depth knowledge of key cyber security frameworks like FISMA NIST RMF, FedRAMP (for federal cloud systems), NIST CSF (for private organizations), CMMA (for defense contractors), and ISO 27001. Oyebanji founded Bantech Cyber to assist organizations in meeting these critical regulatory requirements.
Passionate about cyber security, Oyebanji also provides training and mentorship to aspiring professionals in the Washington, DC Metro Area, sharing his expertise to grow the next generation of cyber security leaders.

Jason Pietsch brings over 20 years of diverse information technology and cybersecurity experience to our team. Throughout his distinguished career, he has mastered every facet of the technology lifecycle—from hands-on Tier 1–3 technical support and robust server management to strategic project management and enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.
A lifelong learner, Jason holds three IT-related degrees. He earned his B.S. in Applied Information Technology from the University of Baltimore, followed by two Master’s degrees from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC): one in Information Systems and another in Cybersecurity. This unique combination of deep technical expertise and academic excellence allows him to architect and defend resilient environments for our clients.
Outside of securing networks, Jason is a guitar enthusiast, a fitness advocate who enjoys training in his home gym, and a dedicated family man who loves spending quality time with his girlfriend of four years and his large extended family.
